Emma O'Connell
Emma O’Connell is an Abstract Contemporary Landscape Artist and has called the Central Coast home for over 30 years.
Drawing inspiration from the rich earthy pigments of the Australian landscape, Emma creates vivid abstract representations that celebrate the warmth and complexity of our ever-changing environment. Her work focuses on movement, layers and burnt tones, reflecting a deep connection to nature. Emma’s unique approach emphasises the elemental forces at work, inviting the viewer to look beyond, gravitating them towards the untamed beauty of the abstract.
After a rich journey studying Visual Communication & Design, working in the wedding and gifts industry, and dipping her toes into the world of racewear and Millinery – she now creates an inspiring output of original artworks.
